When developing a site, we begin with Framework Design, which involves evaluating your current site's performance, and then engage in Process Mapping to determine the optimal navigational flow. Next we build grayscreen models to simulate the site architecture and ensure that there is a clear understanding of how users will work their way through the site and more readily follow calls to action.
After that framework has been established, the actual building of the site takes place, with text, images and video being ported over. A hidden site with a temporary URL is created so that team members can provide feedback as the website is being built. Finally the site is tested in a number of platforms, training is completed and the site goes live.
